The study aimed to conduct a comprehensive review of the strategy, performance and operations of Youth Square, taking into account the Audit and PAC comments and to make recommendations to ensure that Youth Square achieves its intended purpose going forward with affordability and cost-recovery in mind. Policy 21 was responsible for conducting 5 in-depth interviews with youth-related non-government organisations and 6 focus group discussions with students, employees and non-engaged youth
