Consultancy Study on the Effectiveness of the Pilot Scheme on Promoting Interflows between Sister Schools in Hong Kong and the Mainland

The Study which aimed to review the effectiveness of the Pilot Scheme, covering schools participating in the Pilot Scheme, was conducted in the 2017/18 school year. A total of 100 schools (47 primary schools, 43 secondary schools and 10 special schools), among 525 schools with sister school arrangement, had participated in this Study. For gathering qualitative information, a total of 24 focus group discussions, comprising 7 groups with parents and 17 groups with students, were successfully conducted with 141 participants (including 109 students and 32 parents).
